Din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi dersi öğretmenlerinin ölçme ve değerlendirme algıları / Perception of religion culture and moral knowledge teacher on measurement and evaluation

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Dersi öğretmenlerinin yeni programda öngörülen ölçme ve değerlendirme ile ilgili görüşleri tespit edilmiş ve bu görüşlerin, cinsiyet, mezun olunan üniversite, mezun olunan bölüm, görev süresi, lisansüstü eğitim yapıp-yapmama durumu, haftalık girilen ders saati sayısı, ders yapılan sınıfların ortalama mevcudu, ölçme değerlendirme konusunda düzenlenen hizmet içi eğitim kurslarına katılım durumu, alanla ilgili (ilahiyat ve eğitim) akademik yayınları takip etme durumu ve alanla ilgili düzenlenen bilimsel etkinliklere (sempozyum, panel vb.) katılım durumu faktörlerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği araştırılmıştır. Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Dersi öğretmenlerinin sahip olmaları gereken yeterliklerin belirlenmesinde, tarafımızdan geliştirilen ?Din Kültürü Ve Ahlak Bilgisi Öğretmenlerinin Ölçme Ve Değerlendirme Algıları Tutum Ölçeği? adlı ölçek kullanılmıştır. Geliştiren bu ölçek, toplam 55 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Dersi öğretmenlerinin algılarını ölçen bu maddelerin oluşturduğu altı boyut şunlardır : ? Öz değerlendirme algıları. ? Akran değerlendirme ve grup değerlendirme algıları. ? Gözlem algıları. ? Sözlü sunum algıları. ? Proje ödevleri algıları. ? Öğrenci ürün dosyası algıları. Araştırmanın çalışma evreni, Şanlıurfa il merkezindeki ilk ve ortaöğretim okullarında görev yapan Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Dersi öğretmenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Bu öğretmenlerden evreni temsil edecek şekilde 114 kişilik bir örneklem grubu oluşturulmuştur. Uygulanan ölçme araçlarının 114 tanesinin geri dönüşü sağlanmış ve bunların tamamı değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin çözümlenmesinde, SPSS tekniği ile varyans analizi, t-testi, LSD çoklu karşılaştırma testi ve Pearson Correlation (İlişki) testi kullanılmıştır. In this study, the thoughts of the Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teacher on the measurement and evaluation predicted in the new programme and it has been investigated if these thoughts differ according to the factors as graduated university, department, post-graduation education, weekly teaching hours, number of the students in the classes, attendance to the in service training about measurement and evaluation, following academical studies and attendance to seminers and conferences about the department. The scale that has been developed by us and called as ?Behaviour scale on perception of Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teacher on measurement and evaluation? has been used to determine the sufficiency necessary for a Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teacher. This scale has 55 matters. Six dimensions evaluating perception of the teachers are as following: ? Perception of self- evaluation ? Perception on peer evaluation and group evaluation. ? Perception on observation. ? Perception on verbal presentation. ? Perception on project assignments. ? Perception on student production file. The study includes Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teachers working in Şanlıurfa City Center and Districts of the city in primary, secondary and high schools. A sample for 114 people made to represent these teachers. Return of 114 applied measurement instruments have been provided and all of them have been evaluated. In evaluation of data of the study, SPSS, analysis of variance, t- test, LSD multiple comparison test and Pearson Correlation test.
