Abstract:
Bu çalışmada literatürden alınan bir protezin ölçüleri üzerinde değişiklik yapılarak oluşturulan 25 adet protezin yorulma ömrü Sonlu Elemanlar Yöntemi ile statik ve dinamik analizi yapılarak incelenmiştir. Yöntemin doğruluğu, matematiksel yöntem ile elde edilen sonuçlar SEM ile elde edilen analiz sonuçlarının karşılaştırılmasıyla test edilmiş ve yöntemin %11 gibi bir sapma oranına sahip olduğu görülmüştür. 25 adet protezin Statik analiz sonuçları minimum maliyet prensibine göre değerlendirilerek elde edilen 10 adet protez üzerinde dinamik analiz uygulanmıştır. Statik ve dinamik analiz sonuçları; ömür, gerilme ve güvenlik katsayısı gibi faktörlere göre değerlendirilerek optimum duruma ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır.
In this study, static, dynamic and fatigue analyses of 25 different prosthesis which are produced by modifying dimensions of a prosthesis in the literature, have been done utulising Finite Element Method (FEM). The accuracy of this method has been tested by comparing the results obtained by mathematical and FEM and was found to have around %11 diffraction rate. Static analysis of the prosthesis was carried out and it was decided that 10 of 25 prosthesis should be taken into consideration for dynamic analysis according to minimum cost pirinciple. Static and dynamic analysis results were evaluated according to stress, safety factor and life parameters and it was tried to reach optimum prosthesis
