Abstract:
Bu çalışmada, poly (furan-3-karboksilik asit) ve çok duvarlı karbon nanotüplerle modifiye edilmiş camsı karbon elektrotlar kullanılarak ilaç örneklerinde bulunan dopaminin ürik asit ve askorbik asit varlığında hızlı, güvenilir ve duyarlı bir şekilde saptanması için bir elektronalitik yöntem geliştirilmiştir. Camsı karbon elektrot yüzeyi önce karbon nanotüplerle modifiye edilmiş daha sonra ise elektrot yüzeyi poly (furan-3-karboksilik asit) ile kaplanmıştır. Poly (furan-3-karboksilik asit), furan-3-karboksilik asitin, pH'sı 7.2 olan 0.2 M KCl çözeltisinde elektropolimerizasyonu ile dönüşümlü voltammetri kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan poly(furan-3-karboksilik asit)/CNTs/GCE sistemi pH' sı 4.0 olan 0.1 M fosfat tampon çözeltisinde, askorbik asit ve ürik asit varlığında dopaminin saptanmasına uygulanmıştır. Hazırlanan elektrot sistemi ise pH'sı 4.0 olan, 0.1 M PBS' de dopaminin yükseltgenmesinde mükkemmel bir elektrokatalitik etki göstermiştir. Ayrıca bu modifiye elektrotlar, türlerin yükseltgenme pik potansiyellerinde katodik yönde önemli bir kayma ve anodik pik akım cevaplarında büyük bir artış göstermiştir. Modifiye elektrot sistemi ilaç örneklerine de başarılı bir şekilde uygulanmıştır. Deneysel sonuçlar, önerilen yöntemlerin güvenilir, tekrarlanabilir ve hızlı olduğunu göstermiştir.
In this study, an electroanalytical method was developed for rapid, reliable and sensitive determination of dopamine in the presence of uric acid and ascorbic acid in pharmaceuticals using poly(furan-3-carboxyclic acid) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrodes. The surface of glassy carbon electrode was first modified with carbon nanotubes then poly (furan-3-carboxyclic acid). The poly (furan-3-carboxyclic acid) modified glassy carbon electrode was also prepared by the electropolymerization of 3-furoic acid in pH 7.2, 0.2 M KCl solution using cyclic voltammetry. The poly(furan-3-carboxyclic acid)/CNTs/GCE system modified electrode was applied for the determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid. In addition, the modified electrodes, showed a remarkable shift of the oxidation potentials of species in the cathodic direction and a drastic enhancement of the anodic peak current response. The modified electrode system has succesfully been applied to the pharmaceutical formulations. The results showed that the proposed methods are reliable, reproducible and rapid.
