Meta analiz ile tarımsal verilerin değerlendirilmesi / Agricultural data assessment with meta analysis

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, belirli bir konu üzerinde farklı yer ve zamanlarda yapılmış birçok çalışmayı bir araya getirip niteliksel ve niceliksel olarak birleştirmeye ve o konuda bir sonuca ulaşmaya yardımcı istatistiksel bir yöntem olan meta analizi üzerinde durulmuş ve meta analiz ile tarımsal verilerin değerlendirilebileceği gösterilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, Microsoft Visual Basic Studio 2010 C# programlama dili ile yazılmış programdan elde edilen verilerle bir simülasyon çalışması yapılarak meta analiz ile yorumlanmıştır. Bu örnek üzerinde etki ölçütü olarak odds oranı kullanılmış ve çalışmalar arası heterojenliğin önemli olup olmadığı ise Q test istatistiği ile tespit edilmiştir. Bu şekilde araştırıcılara aynı konu üzerinde farklı yer ve zamanlarda yapılmış çalışmaları birleştirerek o konu üzerinde daha güvenilir sonuçlara ulaşması ve daha doğru yorumlama imkânı sunulmuştur. This study focuses on the qualitative and quantitative combination of various studies that were carried out in different places during different times and the meta-analysis, which is an auxiliary statistical method used to reach a result thus emphasized the agricultural data can be evaluated by using this meta-analysis. In scope of the application chapter of the study, a simulation work consisting of data obtained from the software produced with Microsoft Visual Basic Studio 2010 C# programming language was evaluated by the meta-analysis. Odds ratio was used as an effective measurement on this example and it was determined whether heterogeneity specification is important or not by using Q test statistic. As a result of this evaluation, the researchers were presented the possibility to reach more reliable results by combining the studies that were carried out in different places during different times.
