Abstract:
Hekza(4-kloro-2-formil-fenoksi)siklotrifosfazen(2) hekzaklorosiklotrifosfazen(1) ile 5-kloro-salisilaldehidin THF deki oda sıcaklığındaki tepkimesinden elde dildi. Schiff bazı taşıyan siklotrifosfazen türevleri sentezlemek için hekza(4-kloro-2-formil-fenoksi)siklotrifosfazenin (2) 4-siyano anilin(a), 2-fenil anilin(b), p-aseto anilin(c), 5-kloro-2-hidroksi anilin(ç), 2-hidroksi anilin(d), 4-hidroksi anilin(e), 2-(4-mortfolin)etil amin(f), 4-karboksi anilin(g), 4-karbamoil anilin(ğ), 2-merkapto anilin(h), 5-amino-izokinolin(ı), 5-aminoindazol(i), 2-aminofluoren(j) ve 2-aminobenzotiazol(k) primer aminlerle tepkimeleri gerçekleştirildi. Bu tepkimelerden hekza(4-kloro-2-formil-fenoksi)siklotrifosfazenin(2) 5-kloro-2-hidroksi anilin(ç), 2-hidroksi anilin(d), 4-hidroksi anilin(e) ve 2-(4-mortfolin)etil amin(f) ile tepkimelerinden tam sübstitüe siklotrifosfazen türevi oluştuğu halde diğer amilerden kısmen sübstitüe siklotrifosfazen türevleri elde edildi. Sentezlenen tam sübstitüe fosfazen türevleri hekza[4-kloro-2-(5-kloro-2-hidroksi-fenilimino)metil)fenoksi]siklotrifosfazen(2ç), hekza[4-kloro-2-(2-hidroksi-fenilimino)metil)fenoksi]siklotrifosfazen(2d), hekza[4-kloro-2-(4-hidroksi-fenilimino)metil)fenoksi]siklotrifosfazen(2e) ve hekza[4-kloro-2-(2-(4-mortfolin)etilimino)metil)fenoksi]siklotrifosfazen (2f) dir. Tam substitüe olan fosfazen türevlerinin yapısı IR, (1H, 13C, 31P) NMR ve elementel analiz ile karakterize edildi. Bu bileşiklerden hekza[4-kloro-2-(5-kloro-2-hidroksi-fenilimino)metil)fenoksi]siklotrifosfazen(2ç), hekza[4-kloro-2-(4-hidroksi-fenilimino)metil)fenoksi]siklotrifosfazen(2e) ve hekza[4-kloro-2-(2-(4-mortfolin)etilimino)metil)fenoksi]siklotrifosfazen (2f) bileşiklerinin fluoresans özellik gösterdiği spektrofluorometre cihazı ile belirlendi.
Hexa[(4-chloro-2-formyl)phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene(2) was obtained from the reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene(1) with 5-chlorosalycilaldehyde in presence of K2CO3 at room temperature in THF under argon atmosphere. Schiff base containing hexa[4-chloro-2-[(4-chcloro-2-hydroxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene, hexa[4-chloro-2-[(2-hydroxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene, hexa[4-chloro-2-[(4-hydroxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene, and hexa[4-chloro-2-[2-(4-morpholyn-ethylimino)methyl]phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene, were synthesized by the reaction of hexakis[(4-chloro-2-formyl)phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene(2) with 5-kloro-2-hidroksi-aniline, 2-hidroksi-aniline, 4-hidroksi-aniline and 2-(4-morpholyn)-ethyl amine respectively. The structures of the compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy, infrared and elemental analysis. Hexa[4-chloro-2-[(4-chcloro-2-hydroxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene, hexa[4-chloro-2-[(4-hydroxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene, and hexa[4-chloro-2-[2-(4-morpholyn-ethylimino)methyl]phenoxy]cyclotriphosphazene have fluoresece special.
