Abstract:
İçerdiği besin değerleri, gelişen teknolojisi ve büyüyen pazar payı ile her geçen gün önemi artan bulgur, sektörel anlamda önemli sorunlar yaşamaktadır. Avrupa Birliği (AB) sürecinde geleneksel üretimden endüstriyel üretime geçilme zorunluluğu, artan enerji maliyetlerinden dolayı özellikle Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesindeki bulgur sektörünü sıkıntılara sokmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Şanlıurfa'da bulunan bulgur sanayinin AB uyum sürecindeki mevcut durumu ve geleceğe yönelik beklentileri ile AB'nin sektörü nasıl etkileyeceği tam sayım yöntemiyle yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılarak niceliksel ve niteliksel olarak araştırılmış, bulgur sanayinin yaşadığı sorunlar belirlenerek çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
Bulgur, whose importance is increasing each day by its nutritional values, developing technology and growing market share, is experiencing significant problems in sectoral terms. Obligation of transition from traditional manufacturing to industrial production in bulgur industry, in the process of EU, has caused some problems to bulgur industry of the Southeastern Anatolia Region. In this study, current situation and future expectation of bulgur industry in Sanlıurfa in the integration process of EU and how EU will affect the industry has been researched by census method and face to face interview by using quantitative and qualitative researches. With those researches problems of the industry has been determined and solutions have been presented.
