Mardin yöresindeki koyun ve keçilerde brusellozisin seroprevalansının araştırılması / Investigation of seroprevalance of brucellosis in sheeps and goats from Mardin region

Abstract

Bu çalışma; Mardin yöresindeki koyun ve keçilerde brusellozisin seroprevalansının araştırılması amacıyla yapıldı. Bu çalışmada ELISA kitleri kullanıldı. Toplam 276 serum örneği analiz edildi. 180 keçiden 8 (%4,44)'inin ve 96 koyundan 5 (%5,21)'inin, 189 erkek hayvandan 10 (%5,29)'unun, 87 dişi hayvandan 3 (%3,45)'ünün Brucella seropozitif olduğu tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak; Mardin yöresindeki koyun ve keçilerde brusellozisin çok yaygın olmadığı teThis study was performed to investigate the seroprevalance of sheeps and goats brucellosis in Mardin region. For this study, commercially available ELISA test kits were used. Atotal of 276 sera samples were analyzed. 8(%4,44) of 180 goats and 5(%5,21) of 96 sheep were found to be seropsitive for brucella antibodies, 10(%5,29) of 189 ram and goats 3(%3,45) of 87 ewe and any goats were found to be seropositive.
