Şanlıurfa ili Viranşehir ilçe merkezinde sağlık personelinin aile içi şiddet konusunda bilgi tutum ve mesleki uygulamaları / The knowledge, attitute and career applications about violence within the family of health staff in Şanliurfa, Viranşehir.

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, Sanlıurfa ili Viransehir ilçe merkezindeki saglık personelinin aile içi siddet konusunda bilgi, tutum ve mesleki uygulamaları arastırılmıstır. Tanımlayıcı tipteki bu arastırmada, %95 güven düzeyinde olasılıklı olmayan örnekleme yöntemiyle 100 saglık personeline ulasılması hedeflenmis ve 87 saglık personeline ulasılmıstır(cevaplama oranı %87). Veri toplamada aile içi siddet konusunda saglık personelinin bilgi, tutum ve yaklasımları anketi kullanılmıstır. Saglık personelinin aile içi siddet bilgi düzeyleri siddetin türlerine göre degisiklik gösterdigi saptanmıstır. Saglık personelinin %88-%93 sözlü siddeti, %90-100'ü cinsel siddeti, %93-96'sı ekonomik siddeti dogru olarak tanımlayabilmislerdir. Saglık personelinin %72.4'i tekrarlayan fiziksel travmalardan siddet olgularından süphelendiklerini belirtmislerdir. Saglık personelinin %67'si aile içi siddet magdurlarına yaklasımları tıbbi tedavi yapıldıktan sonra rapor düzenleyerek adli kurumlara bildirdikleri saptanmıstır. Saglık personelinin %37.7'si siddet olgularına gerekli bakım, tedavi ve destek yardımlarını yaptıklarını belirtmislerdir. Sonuç olarak saglık çalısanlarının aile içi siddeti tanıması uygun yaklasımlar, tedavi ve destek için egitim, koordinasyon ve sevk sistemi gelistirilmelidir. Anahtar kelimeler: Aile içi siddet, saglık personelleri In this study,the knowledge, attitute and career applications about violence within the family of health staff in Sanlıurfa, Viransehir have been researched.In this descriptive type study 100 health staff chosen through 95% impossibility realibility sample methon and 87 of them were reached(the answer rate 87%).Collecting the data health staff knowledge,attitute and approach questionaire was used.It is determined that the knowledge level of health staff about violence within the family has changed relating to the violence type.The 88%-93% of the staff has described verbal, 90-100% sexual and 93-96% economical violences.72.4% of the staff has declared that they have suspected cycling physical travmatic violences.67% of the staff has been determined that the victims of violence within the family have been cured and sent to the justice 37% of the staff has said that they have given necessary treatment,cure and support to the violence victims.As a result,education,coordination and mobility systems have been developed fort he support treatment and the appropriate approach of the health staff to realize the violence within the family.
