dc.description.abstractSOL-JEL METODU İLE YBa2Cu3O7-x SÜPERİLETKEN ELDE EDİLMESİ Ferhat ASLAN ÖZET Bu çalışmada, süperiletken bileşik YBa2Cu3O7-x'nun kristal yapı, direnç özellikleri incelendi. Bu yolla elde edilen filmler homojen yapıdadırlar. YBa2Cu3O7-x filmler itrium, baryum ve bakır organometalik bileşikler kullanılarak elde edilen farklı çözeltilerle elde edildi. YBa2Cu3O7-x süperiletken filmler, bakır, gümüş, çelik, nikel ve nikel oksit alttaşlar üzerine sol-jel yöntemiyle kaplandı. PREPARATION OF YBa2Cu3O7-x SUPERCONDUCTOR BY USING THE SOL-GEL METHOD Ferhat ASLAN SUMMARY In this work, crystal structure, and resistivity properties of superconducting compound YBa2Cu3O7-x were examined. The films produced in this manner were homogeneous. YBa2Cu3O7-x films were prepared using solutions of various Y, Ba, and Cu precursor organometallic compounds. YBa2Cu3O7-x superconductor films were fabricated on Ni, Ag, Stainles steel, Cu and NiO substrates by the sol-gel method using metal alkoxides.en_US
