Prematüre bebeklere uygulanan kanguru bakımı ile anne bebek bağlanması arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi / Investigation of the relationship between kangaroo care applied to premature babies and mother baby connection

Abstract

Bu araştırma Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde Kanguru Bakımı uygulanan prematüre bebeklerde anne-bebek bağlanması arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yarı deneysel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini; 28-36 gestasyon haftasında olan, herhangi bir kronik hastalığı olmayan, cerrahi müdahale yapılmamış, yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesinde en az 24 saat yatmış olan 50 preterm bebek oluşturmuştur. Veriler, "Ebeveyn ve Bebeği Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu" ve "Maternal Bağlanma Ölçeği" kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Bebeklere 30 gün süre ile günde 5 kez 45 dakikalık seanslar halinde kanguru bakımı yapılmış, kanguru bakımı uygulanmadan önce ve kanguru bakımının 30. gününde Maternal Bağlanma Ölçeği uygulanarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Veriler SPSS programında bağımlı gruplarda t testi, ANOVA test MannWhitney-U kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Kanguru bakımı uygulanan annelerin Maternal Bağlanma Ölçeği ön test ve son test puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir (Z=-6,158;p<0,001). Maternal bağlanmayı başlatmak ve sürdürmek için Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde bebeği yatan annelerde kanguru bakımının desteklenmesi ve çalışan hemşirelerin Kanguru Bakımı ile ilgili bilgi ve donanıma sahip olmaları, kurumların Kanguru Bakımını desteklemesi için uygun koşulları sağlamaları ile ilgili desteği sağlamaları önerilmiştir. The sample of the research; It consisted of 50 preterm infants who were at 28-36 weeks of gestation, had no chronic disease, had no surgical intervention and had been hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit for at least 24 hours. Data were obtained by using the Parent and Infant Identification Information Form "and" Maternal Attachment Scale." Babies were treated with kangaroo in 45-minute sessions 5 times a day for 30 days. Data were obtained by applying the Maternal Attachment Scale before kangaroo care and on the 30th day of kangaroo care. Data were evaluated by using t test and ANOVA test Mann Whitney-U in dependent groups in SPSS program. A statistically significant difference was found between the pre-test and post-test scores of the Maternal Attachment Scale of mothers receiving kangaroo care. (Z=-6,158;p<0,001). Supporting kangaroo care in mothers with infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to initiate and maintain maternal attachment and this is suggested that working nurses should have the knowledge and equipment related to Kangaroo Care and provide support for institutions to provide appropriate conditions to support Kangaroo Care.
