dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, hekzaklorosiklotrifosfazen ile bazı α-amino asitlerin tepkimeleri baz varlığında THF çözücüsünde gerçekleştirildi. Tepkimelerde α-amino asit olarak glisin, alanin, fenilalanin, tirozin ve sistein kullanıldı. Tepkimelerin tamamından geminal di substitüe organosiklotrifosfazen oluştuğu belirlendi. Bileşiklerin yapıları IR ve NMR spektroskopisiyle belirlendi. In this study, the reactions of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene with some α-amino acids were performed in THF in the presence of a base. Glycine, alanine, phenylalanine, tyrosine and cysteine were used in the reactions as α-amino acids. It is determined that di substituted organocyclotriphosphazenes occurred from all the reactions. The structure of the compounds were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopies. | en_US |
