Değişik amerikan asma anaçlarına farklı üzüm çeşitlerinin aşılanması üzerine bir araştırma / A study on the different grape varieties grafting on to various rootstocks

Abstract

Şanlıurfa ilinde son yıllarda yeni tesis edilen bağlarda yeni çeşitlerin kullanımı önemli ölçüde artmıştır. Yeni bağ tesislerinde kullanılan fidanlar ülkemizin farklı yerlerinden temin edilmekte ise de çoğunlukla ilde bulunan fidanlıklarda üretilen asma fidanları tercih edilmektedir. 2013 yılında yapılan bu çalışmada Red Globe, Hönüsü ve Hatun Parmağı üzüm çeşitlerinin, 99 R ve 140 Ruggeri anaçları ile oluşturduğu aşı kombinasyonlarının fidan performanslarını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, katlama sonrası kalemin sürme durumu, katlama sonrası kalemde oluşan sürgünlerin uzunluğu, kök sayısı, kök gelişim düzeyi, sürgün gelişim düzeyi, aşı yerinde kallus gelişme düzeyi, affinite katsayısı, I.sınıf fidan randımanı ve son aşamada da fidan randımanı incelenmiştir. The use of new varieties in the newly established vineyard in the Sanliurfa province in recent years has increased significantly. Although saplings taken from different locations of our country which are used in new vineyard, vineyards produced in nurseries in the Sanliurfa location is mostly preferred. This study was carried out in 2013 and it was aimed to determine the sapling combination performance of between Red Globe, Honusu and Hatun Parmagi which are used for grape varieties and 99 R, 140 Ruggeri rootstocks vaccine sapling combinations. In the study, callusing after the shoots to create condition of the scion, the length of the shoots formed from the scion after callusing, level of root development, shoot development level, the site of graft's callus development level, coefficient of affinity I. class sapling efficiency and in the final stage of sapling yield was investigated.
