BORON DOPED DIAMOND ELECTRODES HAVE BEEN MODIFIED WITH MULTI-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBES FOR THE ELECTROOXİDATION OF LEVODOPA AND İTS SELECTIVE DETERMİNATION IN THE PRESENCE OF ASCORBİC ACİD.THE BORON DOPED DIAMOND MODİFİED WİTH MULTI-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBES A BORON DOPED DIAMOND ELECTRODE HAS BEEN MODİFİED MULTI-WALLED SHOWED A HİGH ELECTROCATALYTIC EFFECT TOWARDS THE OXIDATION OF LEVODOPA AND EXHİBİTED AMARKED ENHANCEMENT OF THE CURRENT RESPONSE.THE MODIFIED ELECTRODE WAS USED FOR THE DETERMİNATİON OF LEVODOPA IN 0.1M PHOSPHATE BUFFER SOLUTION(PBS) AT pH 4.0. THE CALIBRATION CURVE IS LINER IN THE CONCENTRATION RANGE FROM 1.5*10-7 TO 7.04*10-6M WITH A DETECTION LIMIT OF 1.97*10-9 M. THE SURFACE MODİFİCATION WİTH MWCNT SERVED TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL REGUIRED TO OXIDIZE SPECIES, IMPROVE VOLTAMMETRIC BEHAVIOUR AND ENABLES A REPRODUICIBLE DETECTION FOR LEVODOPA. THE MODIFIED ELECRODE SYSTEM HAS SUCCESSFULLY BEEN APPLIED TO THE PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATIONS.en_US
