This study is composed of 4 chapters. In the introduction, information on Cellular Transformations is given, and the studies carried out are mentioned. In the first chapter; some basic definitions and theorems to be used in other sections have been included. In the second chapter; 2-Dimensional Cellular Transformations (2D CA) on Z2 Body, Finding the Representation Matrix of 170 Rules, Representative Matrix of Finite 2D CA Produced with 170N Rule, Representative Matrix of Finite 2D CA Produced with 170P Rule, Classification of Cancer Cells in Mammograms, Image Processing on Mammograms, in the fourth chapter; Obtaining of Representative Matrices of 2D CAs on Z3 Body, Obtaining of Representative Matrices Produced by Rule 2460, Representative Matrix of Finite 2D CA Produced by 2460N Rule, Representative Matrix of Finite 2D CA Produced by 2460P Rule and related characterizations are given .en_US
