Abstract: | Bu çalışmada; birinci basamakta; sırasıyla, sülfanilamit (4-aminobenzensülfonamit) ve 4-(2-aminoetil)benzensülfonamit ile bazik koşullarda (piridin) 2-bromopropionilbromit'in reaksiyonu sonucu 2-bromo-N-(4-sülfamoilfenil)propanamit (MMH-1) ve 2-bromo-N-(4-sulfamoilfenetil)propanamit (MMH-2) sentezlenmiştir. In this study; in the first step; the 2-bromo-N- (4-sulfamoylphenyl) propanamide (MMH-1) and 2-bromo-N-(4-sulfamoylphenethyl)propanamide (MMH-2) were synthesized by the reaction of 2-bromopropionylbromide with sulfanilamide (4-aminobenzenesulphonamide) and 4- (2-aminoethyl) benzenesulfonamide in basic condition (pyridine), respectively. In the second step; the 2-morpholino-N-(4-sulfamoylphenyl)propanamide (S-1) compound and 2-morpholino-N-(4-sulfamoylphenethyl)propanamide (S-2) were synthesized by the reaction of 2-bromo-N- (4-sulfamoylphenyl) propanamide (MMH-1) and 2-bromo-N-(4-sulfamoylphenethyl)propanamide (MMH-2) with morpholine in basic condition (pyridine), respectively. The structures of the obtained compounds were clarified by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis methods. The cytotoxic effect of the compounds used in the study and the chemotherapeutic agent (5-FU), cancer and normal cells was also examined. |
