Abstract

Bu araştırma, Buhârî'nin Sahîh'inde geçen mübhem şahsiyetleri konu edinmektedir. Araştırmanın temel amacı, Buhârî'nin Sahîh'inde Kitâbu Bed'i'l-Vahy ile Kitâbu'z-Zekât arasında yer alan mübhem şahsiyetleri tespit etmek ve bunların kim olduklarını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma sonucunda, ibhâm ve mübhem kavramlarının ne anlama geldiği, hadislerin metin veya isnâd yönünden mübhem bırakılmasının sebepleri, ibhâmın kısımları, sened veya metninde mübhem şahıs bulunan rivayetlerin hadis ilmindeki yeri ve hükmü açıklanmıştır. Mübhem şahısların tespiti ile sahâbe veya tâbiîn döneminde ya da diğer asırlarda yaşayan bazı kişilerin kimlikleri tespit edilmiştir. Mübhem (belirsiz) şahsiyetleri açıklayan bazı rivayetlerin farklı olduğu, bazı mübhem şahsiyetlerin kim olduğu ile ilgili Buhârî şerhleri arasında ihtilafın bulunduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca bazı mübhem şahsiyetlerle ilgili herhangi bir bilginin bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. This research study deals with unknown people in Sahih al-Bukhari. The main purpose of the study is to identify the unknown people between the chapters Kitâbu Bed'i'l-Vahy (Revelation) and Kitâbu'z-Zekât (Zakat Book ) in Sahih al-Bukhari and to find and reveal their identities. As a result of the study, what the concepts of vague and amphibology mean, the reasons of leaving hadiths vague in terms of text or Isnad, parts of amphibology and the importance and the provision of the narrations with unknown people in the text or Sanad have been explained. Through the identification of unknown people, identites of some people lived in the time of Companions or Tabiin (Successors) or in other centuries have been revealed. It was determined that some of the narrations describing the unknown people were different, and there was a dispute about the unknown people among the interpretations of Bukhari. In addition, it was determined that there was not any information about some unknown people.
