Siirt, Batman ve Diyarbakır illerinin bazı akarsularında bulunan zooplankton faunası ve alg florasının mevsimsel olarak incelenmesi / Seasonal investigation of alg flora and zooplankton fauna found in some streams of Si̇i̇rt, Batman and Di̇yarbakir provi̇nces

Abstract

Ağustos 2012 ve Mayıs 2013 tarihleri arasında yürütülen bu çalışmada; Siirt, Batman ve Diyarbakır İlleri'nin bazı akarsularında bulunan zooplankton faunası ve alg florası, 12 farklı lokasyonda taksonomik ve mevsimsel olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; 46 tanesi Cyanobacteria, 89 tanesi Chlorophyta, 40 tanesi Euglenozoa, 10 tanesi Dinophyta, 52 tanesi Charophyta, 1 tanesi Rhodophyta ve 171 tanesi Ochrophyta olmak üzere toplam 409 alg taksonu tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan 4 tanesi Cyanobacteria, 11 tanesi Chlorophyta, 10 tanesi Euglenozoa, 1 tanesi Dinophyta, 8 tanesi Charophyta, 1 tanesi Rhodophyta ve 48 tanesi Ochrophyta'dan olmak üzere 83 tane takson Türkiye Alg Florası için yeni kayıttır. Zooplanktondan 73 tanesi Rotifera, 9 tanesi Cladocera ve 4 tanesi Copepoda'dan olmak üzere toplam 86 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bu türlerden 3 tanesi (Rotifera) Türkiye Zooplankton Faunası için yeni kayıttır. In this study carried out between August 2012 and May 2013, Zooplankton Fauna and Flora Algae found in some streams of Siirt, Batman and Diyarbakır was investigated taxonomically and seasonally in 12 different locations. As a result, in the algae 46 Cyanobacteria, 89 Chlorophyta, 40 Euglenozoa, 10 Dinophyta, 52 Charophyta, 1 Rhodophyta and 171 Ochrophyta, totally 409 taxa were determined. Eighty-three of these species (4 Cyanobacteria, 11 Chlorophyta, 10 Euglenozoa, 1 Dinophyta, 8 Charophyta, 1 Rhodophyta and 48 Ochrophyta) are new records for the Turkish alg flora. In the zooplankton, 73 rotifers, 9 cladocerans and 4 copepods, totally 86 taxa were identified. Three of these species are new records for the Turkish zooplankton fauna.
