KOBİ'lere sağlanan desteklerin Şanlıurfa ve Gaziantep illerindeki uygulamaları / Practices for the funds provided to the SMEs in Şanliurfa and Gazi̇antep provinces

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusunu, KOBİ'lere sağlanan desteklerin Şanlıurfa ve Gaziantep illerindeki uygulamaları oluşturmaktadır. Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinin kalkınmasında önemli bir role sahip olan bu iki ilde yapılacak böyle bir çalışmayla, KOBİ'ler arasındaki benzerlikler ve farklılıkların ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada, ülkemiz ekonomisinin lokomotifi olan KOBİ'lerin Şanlıurfa ve Gaziantep illerinde desteklerden ne şekilde yararlandıkları, ne ölçüde haberdar oldukları, yararlanmama nedenleri gibi sorulara cevap bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Veriler anket yoluyla online olarak 131 işletmeden toplanmış ve sorulara göre hazırlanan hipotezler istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. İşletmelerden elde edilen verilerin analiz sonuçlarına göre; çeşitli kamu kurum ve kuruluşları tarafından KOBİ'lere çok sayıda destek sağlanmasına rağmen KOBİ'lerin büyük oranda söz konusu desteklerden yeterince yararlanamadıkları, destekler hakkında yeterli bilgi sahibi olmadıkları sonuçları çıkarılmıştır. The aim of this research is to find out the similarities and the differences in SMEs in Southeastern Anatolia, which are the driving force of the economy in this region. It further tries to find out answers to the questions of whether or not the SMEs in Şanlıurfa and Gaziantep benefited from the financial supports, and whether or not they have been aware of such funds, and the reasons lying behind not being able to derive advantages from such supports. The data for this research is collected from 131 enterprises online by a questionnaire and hypothesis, prepared according to the questions, are analyzed via statistics program. The study has revealed that despite the significant number of financial supports provided to the SMEs by various public institutes and organizations, the SMEs in Şanlıurfa and Gaziantep have not benefited and they did not have much information regarding these funds.
