Siverek bölgesinde koyunlarda selenyum, bakır ve çinko seviyelerinin araştırılması / An investigation of blood selenium, copper and zinc levels in sheep at region of siverek

Abstract

Yaşamın temel taşlarından olan iz elementlerin önemi çok büyüktür. Koyun ve kuzularda iz elementlerin eksikliğinde çeşitli hastalıklar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Özellikle Selenyum (Se), Çinko (Zn) ve Bakır (Cu)' ın eksikliğinde; enzootik ataksi, swayback, alkali hastalığı, Beyaz kas hastalıkları koyuncukta büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Siverek bölgesinde koyunlarda Se, Zn ve Cu seviyelerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada bölge olarak Şanlıurfa ili Siverek ilçesi belirlendi. Siverek ilçesi kuzey, güney, doğu ve batı olmak üzere olmak üzere dört bölgeye ayrılarak her bölgeden 25 baş, toplamda 100 baş rastgele seçilen koyunlardan alındı. Kan örneklerinde; Se ortalaması 0,363 ppm, Cu ortalaması 1,95 ppm ve Zn ortalaması 2,09 ppm olarak belirlendi. Se, Cu ve Zn seviyeleri tüm bölgelerde referans değerle göre yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Selenyum seviyesinin 4. bölgede, bakır seviyesinin 3. bölgede 1. ve 2. bölgelere göre istatistikî önemde yüksek olduğu, çinko seviyesinin ise 4. bölgede 2. ve 3. bölgelere göre istatistikî önemde düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Especially Enzootic ataxia, swayback, alkali diseases and white muscle diseases are very important at the sheeps due to the lack of selenium, copper and zinc. In this study the levels of Se, Cu and Zn have been investigated at the sheeps in the region of Siverek. In this study Şanlıurfa city and Siverek country were determined Siverek country was divided to the nourth, south, east and west regions. Blood examples were taken from the sheeps that were randomly chased 25 heads from every region as a totally 100 heads. As 0,363 ppm average of Se, 1,95 ppm of Cu and 2,09 ppm average of Zinc were determined in the blood samples of the sheeps. The high level of Se, Cu and Zn were decided by referance rate the high level of Se in 1st region, the high level of Cu in 3rd level were decided by statistically important to 1st the Zn in 4th region was decided by statistically important to 2nd and 3rd region.
