Abstract

Bu çalışma, Cumhuriyet dönemi Türkiye'sinin önemli eğitimci ve sosyolog şahsiyetlerinden biri olan Nurettin Topçu'nun düşüncesindeki temel felsefi ve ahlaki kavramları, dönemin şartlarını da göz önünde bulundurarak ele almaktadır. Bu bağlamda, insan varlığına bakış açısı detaylıca incelenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın ortaya çıkardığı temel sonuç, Topçu'nun, "sorumluluk bilinci taşıyan aydın" yaklaşımı ile insanlık değerleri açısından dünyayı değerlendirdiğidir. This study examines the philosophical and moral concepts in the thoughts of Nurettin Topcu, an important figure among the Sociologist and Pedagogues in Turkey, taking into account the conditions of his time. In particular, his approach to the concept of human is investigated. This thesis has found that he is a responsible intellectual and evaluates the World from the angel of human values.
