Birecik bölgesindeki koyunlarda bakır, çinko ve demir seviyelerinin araştırlması / An investigation of blood iron, copper and zinc levels in sheep at region of Bi̇reci̇k

Abstract

Organizmada çok düşük miktarlarda bulunan iz elementler, pek çok metabolik olayın ve immün fonksiyonların gerçekleşmesinde büyük önem taşımaktadırlar. Bu çalışma Birecik bölgesindeki koyunlarda bakır (Cu), çinko (Zn) ve demir (Fe) düzeylerini araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Bu çalışmada bölge olarak Şanlıurfa ili Birecik ilçesi belirlendi. Birecik ilçesine bağlı Dalocak, Böğürtlen, Ekenek, Cibinören ve Akarçay köyleri seçildi. Her köyden rastgele seçilen 20, toplamda 100 baş koyundan kan örneği alındı. ICP- OES ile yapılan analizde, beş köye ait kan serumu demir, bakır ve çinko seviyeleri sırasıyla 2.06±0.02 mg/l, 0.81±0.02 mg/l ve 1.06±0.05 mg/l olarak ölçüldü. Yapılan çalışma sonuç olarak değerlendirildiğinde demir, bakır ve çinko seviyeleri referans değerlere göre normal olduğu belirlendi. Bölgeler arası varyans analizinde; Cu seviyesi Akarçay bölgesinde çok önemli oranda (P<0.01) düşük, Zn seviyesi Dalocak bölgesinde çok önemli oranda (P<0.01) düşük, Fe seviyesi ise Cibinören bölgesinde önemli oranda (p<0.05) yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Bütün bu bulgular ışığı altında, toprak ve bitki analizi yapılmamakla beraber, bu bölgenin mera bitki ve toprak düzeylerinin iz elementleri yönünden noksan olduğu söylenemez. Trace elements that are found in very small quantities in the organism are of importance in many metabolic events and immune functions. İn this study, it was aimed to determine the blood serum iron (Fe), copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) levels in healthy sheep in Birecik region. In this study, the region identified as the town of Sanliurfa Birecik. Birecik district to the Dalocak, Böğürtlen, Ekenek, Cibinören and Akarçay of each region to be divided into five regions, including 20 head of sheep, a total of 100 blood samples were collected from sheep head. Blood samples were randomly selected sheep. Analysis performed by ICP-OES, and serum iron, copper and zinc concentrations in region 2.06±0.02mg/l, 0.81±0.02 mg/l and 1.06±0.05 mg/l were measured respectively. As a result of the study, serum iron, copper and zinc levels were determined normaly compared to reference values. In variance analysis between regions of serum copper level of the ewes from Akarçay was found to be remarkably very important lower, with a rate of p<0.01 than those from other regions. Serum zinc level of statical from Dalocak was found very significantly lower, with a rate of p<0.01 from other regions. Serum iron level of statical from Cibinören was found important higher, with a rate of p<0.05 from other regions. Under the light of all these findings, taking apart the fact that no soil and plant analyses were executed during the research, we can not claim that the meadow soil and plant levels in this regions.
