Farklı deprem bölgelerinde inşaa edilecek konut binalarının maliyet analizi / Cost analysis on residential buildings built in different earthquake regions

Abstract

Farklı deprem bölgelerinde yapılan binaların kaba inşaat maliyetleriyle ilgili olarak literatürde yeterli çalışma bulunmasına rağmen ince inşaat maliyetiyle ilgili herhangi bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, aynı zemin parametrelerine sahip ancak farklı deprem bölgelerinde (1., 2., 3. ve 4. Derece Deprem Bölgeleri) yapılan 10 katlı binaların betonarme ve maliyet analizleri yapıldı. Betonarme ve maliyet analizinden elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırıldı. Yapılan analizler Deprem Bölgesi türünün kaba inşaat maliyetini önemli derecede etkilediğini ancak ince inşaat maliyetini pek etkilemediğini göstermiştir. There is not any study on the fine construction cost although the investigations on the rough construction cost of buildings constructed in the different seismic zones are sufficient in literature. In this study, the reinforced concrete and cost analysis of 10-storey buildings having the same soil parameter but for different seismic zones (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Degree Earthquake Zones) is made. The results obtained from the reinforced concrete and cost analysis (for coarse and fine construction) are compared to each other. The analyses performed show that the kinds of seismic zone affect crucially the coarse construction cost of buildings but not the fine construction cost.
