Hz. peygamber'in (S.a.s) Ramazan dışında tuttuğu ve tavsiye ettiği oruçlarla ilgili rivayetlerin tahlili / An analysis of the narrations related to the fasting other than Ramadan which were fasted and suggested by the prophet (P.b.u. h)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Hz. Muhammed'in (s.a.s.) Ramazan ayı dışında tuttuğu ve tutulmasını önerdiği oruçlarla ilgili rivayetler tahlil edilmiştir. Bu rivayetlerin mana açısından araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan inceleme, bu rivayetlerin bazılarının açık bazılarının ise kapalı olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu rivayetlerde, bozulan Ramazan orucunun kazası ile adak orucunun tutulmasının emredildiği, aşûre orucu, şevvâl ayında altı gün oruç, zilhiccenin dokuzuncu günü oruç, her ay ortasında üç gün oruç, pazartesi ve perşembe günü orucu ile Hz. Davud orucunun tavsiye edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Hz. Peygamber'in bayram günlerinde orucu yasaklarken sadece cuma veya cumartesi günlerinde oruç tutulmasını uygun görmediği belirlenmiştir. This study examines the narrations related to the fasting other than Ramadan which were fasted and recommended by the prophet Muhammed (p.b.u. h). It aims to find out the meaning of these narrations. The thesis has indicated that while the meaning of some narrations is clear, that of others is ambiguous. It has been found out that while the qadha (renewal of fasting) of broken Ramadan fasting and vowed fasts were ordered, Ashura day fasting, six days fasting in Shawwal, fasting on the ninth day of Dhulhijja, three days fasting in the middle of each Islamic month, fasting on Mondays and Thursdays and the fasting tradition of the prophet David (p.b.u.h.) were recommended. It has been underscored that the Prophet prohibited from fasting on Iyd (festival) days and singing out Friday or Saturday for fasting.
