Abstract

Günümüzdeki en önemli sorunlarından bir tanesini kayıt dışı istihdam sorunu oluşturmaktadır. Gelişmekte olan hatta gelişmiş ülke ekonomilerinin kayıt dışılığa yönelmesiyle birlikte, istihdamın yapısının da kayıt dışılığa yöneldiği görülmektedir. Ekonomik ve sosyal gelişmişlik sorunları yaşayan özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkeler için kayıt dışı istihdam önemsenmesi gereken konular arasında yer almaktadır. Kayıt dışı istihdamın etkin ve tutarlı tedbirler alınarak önlenebilmesi için kayıt dışılığa yol açan sebeplerin doğru olarak tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Unrecorded employment problem has posed one of the most important issue of the time. By the developing even developed country economies direction of the unrecording employment, the structure of employment has occured also directed to the unrecorded. Unrecorded employment is one of the most important topics, should be cared for the countries that suffering economical and social development problems, especially developing countries. For preventing the unrecorded employment by taking effective and consistent pre-cautions, the causes of unrecorded employment must be identified correctly.
