Yetişkin kadınlarda nazolabial bölgenin antropometrik analizi ve yaşa bağlı değişiklikler / Anthropometric analysis of nasolabial region and age- related changes ın adult women

Abstract

Yüz güzelliği yüzün tüm parçaları arasında uyumlu bir dengenin bulunmasıdır. Burun yüzün tam ortasında bulunduğu için yüz estetiğinde baskın bir rol oynar. İdeal bir burun yüzün diğer özellikleri ile uyum içindedir. Ancak burun özellikleri, diğer yüz bölgeleri ile birlikte ırktan ırka değişiklik gösterir. Araştırmamızın amacı yetişkin Türk kadınlarında dudak ve burun bölgesine ait Antropometrik ölçüm ve indeksler ile bunların yaşa bağlı değişimlerini belirlemektir. Çalışmamız, yaşları 19?85 arasında değişen, toplam 302 gönüllü kadın üzerinde yapıldı. Çalışmaya dahil edilen kadınlar; genç (19?44 yaş), orta (45?59 yaş) ve yaşlı (60 yaş ve üstü) olmak üzere üç gruba ayrıldı. Ölçümler yüze ait antropometrik noktalardan faydalanılarak fotoğraflar üzerinde yapıldı. Fotoğraflar çekilirken üç farklı poz alındı. İlk olarak baş dik, dişler sentrik oklüzyonda iken ön yüz, ikinci olarak bireylerin sol taraflarından sol yan yüz ve son olarak da başın ekstansiyona getirilmesiyle görülen burun tabanı fotoğraflandı. Fotoğraflar çekilirken 12 megapixel çözünürlüğe sahip Sony Ericson fotoğraf makinesi kullanıldı. Ölçüm işlemi için IT Mesurement isimli program kullanıldı. Yüzdeki antropometrik noktalardan alınan ölçümlerin yanı sıra burun indeksleri ve burun açıları ölçüldü. Çalışmamıza katılan kadınların burun indeksine göre, burun tipleri belirlendi. Çalışmamıza katılan kadınlarda burun uzunluğu 38,56 mm, burun morfolojik genişliği 32,6 mm, burun yüksekliği 19,55 mm, ağız genişliği ise 46,29 mm olarak bulundu. Burun uzunluğu, burun kökü genişliği, burun morfolojik genişliği, ağız genişliği gibi ölçümler yaş arttıkça artarken, üst dudak kalınlığı ve alt dudak kalınlığı yaş arttıkça azalmaktadır. Çalışmamıza katılan kadınların büyük çoğunluğunda (%68,22), burun indeksi 70'in altında bulunmuştur. Bu sonuca göre kadınların büyük çoğunluğunun burun tipi leptorrhine olarak belirlendi. Çalışmamız dünya genelinde yapılan diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırıldığında, Türk kadınlarının en dar yüze, en kısa buruna ve en ince dudaklara sahip kadınlar olduğu belirlendi. Burun ve dudak ölçümlerinin yaşla değişebildiği gibi herhangi bir ölçümün artmasının ve ya azalmasının da diğer ölçümleri etkileyebileceği belirlenmiştir. Facial beauty is that a harmonious balance between all parts of the face. The nose plays a dominant role in the facial aesthetics located in the niddle of the face. An Ideal nose is in a harmony with other features of the face. But property of the nose shows a variation with other face regions in race and race. The aim of our study is to determine of the variations the lip and nose anthropometric measurements and indexes and age-related changes in adult Turkish women. In our study was examined on 302 voluntary women whose age was changing between from 19 to 85 years. The women included in the study, divided in to three groups young (19-44 years), medium (45-59 age) and old (60 years and upper). Measurements of the face were made on the photographs to make use of the points to face. Photos were taken in three different poses. First, head verticular, the front face while teeth in centric occlusion, second the left sides of individuals from the left side of the face and finally the floor of the nose was photographed to seem with extension of the head. When photos were taken, Sony Erricson camera, which has 12 megapixels, was used. A program used for Measurements which name is IT Measurement. Anthropometric measurements taken from points on the face as well as the angles of the nose and nasal indices were measured. Women who participated in our study, the nose types were determined, according to the index of the nose. The women included in our study, the nose length was 38,56 mm, width of the morphological nose 32,6 mm, nose height 19,55 mm and mouth width 46,29 mm. The length of the nose, the nasal rooth width, nasal width of morphological, measures such as the age increases, while the width of the mouth, upper lip and lower lip thickness, the thickness decreases with increasing age. The mojority of the women included in our study (%68,22) nasal index were below 70. According to this result, the majority of women were identified as leptorrhine type nose. When our study compared with other studies around the world, Turkish women were identified as the women having the narrowest face, shortest nose and thinnest lips. And it was determined that measurements of nose and lips can change according to age and the increase or decrease of any measurement can affect the other measurements.
