İnvestigation total oxidant and antioxidant status, erythrocyte and plateled indices in cervical disc hernia diagnosed patients / Servikal disk herni tanısı konmuş hastalarda total oksidatif stres ve antioksidan statü ile eritrosit ve trombosit indekslerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Amaç: Servikal disk hernisi oluşan hastalarda eritrosit ve trombosit indeksleri, oksidan (TOS, OSI) ve antioksidan statü (TAS) değerleri ile paraoksanaz (PON1) ve arilesteraz (ARE) aktivitelerini araştırmak, bu parametrelerin hastalığın etiyolojisi ve prognozundaki olası etkilerini değerlendirmektir. Yöntem: Çalışmaya 42 servikal disk herni hastası ile 41 sağlıklı grup dâhil edildi. Hasta grubun yaş ortalaması (41,66 ± 9,86 ) ile kontrol grubunun yaş ortalamaları (39,43 ± 10,08) birbirine yakın seçildi. Bu hastaların elde edilen plazmalarında total antioksidan statü (TAS), total oksidatif stres (TOS), oksidatif stres indeksi (OSİ) değerlerine Erel yöntemiyle bakıldı. Hastaların tam kan sonuçlarından eritrosit ve trombosit indeksleri değerlendirildi. Elde edilen tüm bulgular SPSS 20.0 programı kullanılarak tüm veriler elde edildi. Bulgular: Hasta ve kontol gruplarının plazmalarında bakılan TAS, TOS, OSİ ve PON1 değerlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmadı. ARE düzeyi hasta grubunda kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı derecede düşük bulundu (p< 0,05). Eritrosit indekslerinde (MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, RBC, HGB, HCT) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadı(p>0,05). Trombosit indekslerinden PLT ve MPV de istatistiksel olarak anlam bulunmazken (p>0,05) WBC, PCT ve PDW değerlerinde hasta grubunun kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur(p<0,05). Sonuç: Arilesterazın düşük, WBC, PCT ve PDW nin yüksek çıkması bizi tanıya götürmede yardımcı olabilir. Aynı zamanda daha fazla sayıda hasta ve yaş ortalamasının yüksek tutulmasıyla daha farklı sonuçlar elde edilebilirdi. Meaning as platelet PLT and MPV in handling while WBC, PCT and PDW values statistical patient group were found to be significantly higher compared to the control group (p < 0,05). Conclusıon: Arilesteraz low, WBC, PCT and PDW can help us come out of the higher diagnosis. At the same time the average age of the patient and the more high-keeping could Shave been different.
