Abstract: Bu çalışma buğday ekiliş alanlarında bulunan bitki paraziti nematodların faunistik ve taksonomik olarak incelenmesi amacıyla 2009-2010 yılları arasında Mardin ilinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda Tylenchida takımına bağlı Tylenchina ve Aphelenchina alttakımlarından 15 cins (Coslencus spp, Filenchus spp, Scutylenchus spp , Ditlenchus spp, Tylenchus spp, Helicotylenchus spp, Pratylenchoides spp , Paratylenchus spp, Rotylenchulus spp, Aphelenchoides spp, Paratrophurus spp, Aphelenchus spp, Tylenchorhynchus spp, Merlinius spp, Heterodera spp ) ve bu cinslere ait 10 tür; Merlinius brevidens, Allen 1955, Merlinius microdorus Geraert, 1966), Aphelenchoides bicaudatus, Imamura, 1931, Paratrophurus acristylus Siddiqi et Siddiqui, 1983), Aphelenchus avenae Bastian, 1865, Pratylenchoides alkani Yüksel 1977, Pratylenchus thornei Sher and Allen, 1953, Rotylenchulus macrosomus Dasgupta, Raski and Sher 1968, Heterodera avenae Wollenweber, 1924 ve Heterodera latipons, Franklin, 1969 bulunmuştur. Tespit edilen cinslerin yayılışları ve yoğunlukları belirlenmiştir. This study was carried out with a view to determine plant parasitic nematodes, their faunistic and taxonomic examination in wheat areas in Mardin province between 2009-2010 years. In order to determine cereal cyst nematodes soil samples were taken before and after harvesting stage but for the other plant parasitic nematodes samples were taken between tilling and milky ripening stages. In this study totally 272 nematodes obtained from collected samples and constant preparation and identification of these nematodes according to their species were made. The density and widespreading of plant parasitic nematodes were determined. At the end of this study 15 genus from Tylenchina and Aphelenchina which are the sub-orders of Tylenchida order (Coslencus spp, Filenchus spp, Scutylenchus spp , Ditlenchus spp, Tylenchus spp, Helicotylenchus spp, Pratylenchoides spp , Paratylenchus spp, Rotylenchulus spp, Aphelenchoides spp, Paratrophurus spp, Aphelenchus spp, Tylenchorhynchus spp, Merlinius spp, Heterodera spp ) and 10 species from these genus (Merlinius brevidens, Allen 1955), (Merlinius microdorus Geraert, 1966), (Aphelenchoides bicaudatus, Imamura, 1931) , ( Paratrophurus acristylus Siddiqi et Siddiqui, 1983) , (Aphelenchus avenae Bastian, 1865), (Pratylenchoides alkani Yüksel 1977), (Pratylenchus thornei Sher and Allen, 1953), (Rotylenchulus macrosomus Dasgupta, Raski and Sher 1968), (Heterodera avenae Wollenweber, 1924) and Heterodera latipons, Franklin, 1969)were found. The density and widespread of these genus were determined.
